Your kit features the same deliciously fresh, high quality ingredients that we use for the stone baked pizzas we serve from our vintage pizza truck.
It's all about the base...Our pizza bases undergo a slow, 36-hour fermentation to develop that incredible flavour and light, bubbly texture you usually only find in Naples, Italy.
We hand-stretch and flash-bake every base in a stone oven before it leaves us to lock in the quality, meaning you get a guaranteed pizzeria-standard crunch in your own domestic oven in just 5-8 minutes.
How do I get my pizza kit?
Kits are available for local delivery* every Thursday. They can be refrigerated for 2-3 days or frozen for upto 3 mths. Each kit includes our delicious pizza base, a pot of premium tomato sauce and a container with the toppings of your choice.

Why Pizza Kits?
Whether you’ve spent the day walking the dogs along the Stour, browsing the High Street, or battling the commute back from Liverpool Street, we know one thing to be true: you deserve an easy dinner night. We’re a small family team based in Bradfield, Manningtree, Tendring and Dough Your Own Way was born out of a simple, Friday-night frustration. We love a good pizza! We’ve been running Vivo Pizza for a few years so chances are you’ve tried one of ours and enjoyed the delicious experience you only get from a hand stretched freshly baked pizza. We wanted to offer our customers a bit more flexibility rather than being limited to options like; you get a takeaway that arrives a little “tired” after a trip over the level crossing, or you try to make it from scratch and end up with a kitchen covered in flour and a dough that looks more like a biscuit.
We thought: There has to be a better way. Something fun, enjoyable an experience to share... We decided to take the “stress” out of the “chef.”

The Par-Bake Perfection: We hand-stretch and flash-bake every base in a stone oven before it leaves us. This “par-baking” locks in the quality, meaning you get a guaranteed pizzeria-standard crunch in your own domestic oven in just 5-8 minutes. No soggy middles, no floury mess.
The 36-Hour Science: Our bases undergo a slow, 36-hour fermentation. This develops that incredible flavour and light, bubbly texture you usually only find in Naples.
